This course will serve as an overview of BetterCloud's capabilities, and introduce you to the product. You will fill the role of Jordan Better, a SaaSOps admin at a company called BetterLabs. BetterLabs has purchased BetterCloud and has a number of issues they're looking to solve. You'll put yourself in Jordan's place, as you see how Integrations can be set up, information can be gathered, actions can be taken, and notifications can be provided proactively.
