This self-paced Flight School course covers everything you'll need to know to get started with your automated Onboarding and Offboarding in BetterCloud!
Welcome to BCFS ✈️ ULM
This course will serve as an introduction to BetterCloud's User Lifecycle Management (or ULM) capabilities. The class is broken into three sections. The first will break down everything you need to know to ensure your accounts are set up for success, stressing the importance of strategy, profile management, and clean data to execute automation. The second will explore Offboarding both at a high level (for everyone in your organization), and at a more granular level should you want to route different employees through different Offboarding Workflows. The final lesson discusses Onboarding, and explains how you can set up both birthright Workflows (or a Workflow for all new Users), as well as specific Workflows based on Department, Location, and other Profile data.
